Overview
LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. (LGESMI) is looking for a contract HR administrator to support our expatriates with Global Mobility.
Summary: As an HR Coordinator, you will support HR onboarding activities with significant focus on global mobility process for global expatriate employees with information such as entry to several HRIS system, employee records and support in benefits and payroll system.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an accurate understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Complete the new hire onboarding process from global assignment through the complete of the first day of new hire orientation.
- Process pre-employment screens and issue adverse action letters as necessary.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure pre-employment process completion
- Create new hire files and enter new hire data in ADP and SAP and new expat payroll system.
- Perform administrative duties such as benefits/ medical files, and assisting with Global Mobility required support.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate degree or bachelor\'s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR
- Experience with ADP and SAP software system preferred
- Must be able to speak both English and Mandarin
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills
- Must have exceptional organization skills and high attention to details
- Ability to travel
