Responsibilities

• Classes are Monday through Friday in preschools and Saturdays at park programs in select locations, 30-45 minutes for each session depending on age.
• We offer training, coaching equipment, and all curriculum materials.
• Coaching position is available immediately; we prioritize hiring coaches who will be available for multiple sessions throughout the week, especially for morning sessions (most morning classes start setup at 8:45am).
• This full-time soccer coach position is available immediately.
• Staff should be willing to drive between locations; anything outside a radius will be reimbursed with a gas card.

Salary: Starting Pay $18 per hour

Job Type - Full-time (20-30 hours)

Essential Soccer Coach Qualifications

• Availability – Minimum 4 weekday MORNINGS and EARLY AFTERNOONS with Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday preferred, as well as Saturday mornings (9:00 am - 12:00 pm).
• Commitment to staying for at least a year if fit; children thrive with consistent coaching.
• Fun & Silly – enjoy teaching young children; goal is to make Soccer Shots the best 30-45 min of each child’s week.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to be mobile between locations; driving between preschools; mileage reimbursed with gas card.
• Background check cleared – must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.

Preferred Soccer Coach Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• CPR/First Aid certified or ability to attain if needed
• Previous teaching or education/coaching experience (preferably children ages 2-8)

Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. We constantly re-evaluate and update our curriculum to stay current with childhood education standards.
