Warehouse Package Handler Job at OnTrac in Colorado Springs

Overview

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Colorado Springs location.

Address: 4510 Edison Avenue #199, Colorado Springs, CO 80915

Shift: Days are Monday-Saturday, hours vary: Monday 9:30am-2:00pm; Tuesday-Friday 10:30am-2:30pm; Saturday 12:30pm-2:00pm. Start and end times may fluctuate based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP codes.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done.
• Unload trucks and sort packages by their delivery ZIP Code.
• Inspect packages to ensure they are safe for truck transportation.
• Be a team player—everyone works together to keep the "On Time for Less" promise to our shippers.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English.
• Prior warehouse work or package handling experience is preferred but NOT required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move items averaging 25 lbs; some packages up to 50-75 lbs. Ability to provide required IDs to complete an I-9 form (list of acceptable I-9 IDs).
• Be 18 years or older.
