Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and create eye-catching displays that are fresh and appealing to customers.
• Ensure product presentations are on-brand and aligned with merchandising standards.
• Maintain strong communication with sales representatives and drivers; deliver outstanding customer service and problem-solve on the go.
• Handle spills, keep equipment clean, and address customer issues professionally.
• Contribute to safety and operational excellence within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Collaborate to deliver memorable experiences for customers and drive sales through effective merchandising.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance; personal vehicle for work is required.
• Ability to maneuver manual pallet jacks and carts; capable of pushing/pulling up to 2,200 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Physical agility and reliability to perform merchandising tasks in a retail setting.
