Overview

Guidex Group is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse workflow, ensuring inventory control, and handling shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory counting, verification, and product movement within the warehouse
• Serve as backup to the Warehouse Manager during absences
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stock, pick, and transport palletized products
• Load and unload trucks, transfer products, and stock items in proper bin locations
• Pick, pack, weigh, and prepare shipments based on customer requirements
• Prepare freight shipments by stacking and palletizing products using stretch wrap and edge supports
• Generate and apply shipping labels for third-party carrier pick-ups
• Perform inventory duties, including counting, verifying, and checking documentation for accuracy
• Support warehouse clerical functions, including daily shipping paperwork, phone coverage, and inventory control updates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse leadership environment
• Experience operating forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting and repetitive movements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
