We are seeking a highly qualified, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage all aspects of warehousing operations at our facility. Reporting to the Procurement and Logistics Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing receiving, shipping, inventory control, and general logistics functions. The ideal candidate will lead warehouse staff, maintain operational excellence, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, including inspecting for shortages or damage and reporting to management.
• Manage inventory movement, layout, and product protection.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, including ongoing coaching and onboarding. Serve as designated on-site forklift trainer.
• Foster a positive, team-driven work environment.
• Process and deliver work orders accurately and on schedule.
• Perform administrative duties related to billing, parts ordering, and inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely during receiving and delivery operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Consistently deliver high-quality service to meet warehouse performance goals.
