Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
• Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean, organized reception space
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
