Overview
Receptionist, Part Time for Phoenix Country Club in Arizona. We’re hiring a Part Time Receptionist for Phoenix Country Club in Arizona. Ideal candidates are organized, customer service-centric, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Receptionists assist in the day-to-day operations of the property and its staff, provide mid-level administrative support, and engage with visitors and staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
Essential Duties
- Meets and greets all visitors in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner. Assists guests, visitors, and associates with inquiries and directions.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, forwards calls to the appropriate party, or takes a message.
- Provides clerical support to the department including typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparation of outgoing mail.
- Sorts incoming mail for the department(s).
- May order office supplies.
- Receives and helps organize to-go orders and dining reservations, including billing in the POS.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs Other Duties As Required.
Education/Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
Typical office environment; occasionally stands and walks; frequently sits. Routine use of personal computer and general office equipment.
Environment/Noise
Moderate noise level.
Hours
W - F: 3:00 - 7:00pm; Sat, Sun: 9:00am - 5:00pm. Subject to change.
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability
Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
