$17.00/hr - $18.50/hr
Schedule
Part-time — Tuesday and Thursday (8am-4pm)

General statement of position
This position is a multi-faceted role requiring excellent customer service awareness and follow-through across many areas of our business. Works with office equipment such as computers, printers, Pitney Bowes, fax, and multi-line phone.

Essential functions
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
- Know and understand the vision, purpose, values and goals of Anthem Memory Care.
- Provide “5 star” customer service to all customers whether in person, via computer, or on the phone.
- Participate in Pathways of Purpose program by applying functional engagement during workday in all daily interactions with residents.
- Keep residents informed about activities and special functions.
- Maintain reception area/lobby and reception desk. Maintain all office machines and assist others with their use. Keep reception area free of clutter, organized and presentable.
- Understand the principles of Anthem Memory Care, including concepts such as the “FISH” philosophy and the service standards integrated into our everyday work culture.
- Be actively involved in providing “5 star” customer service using the “FISH” philosophy and other tools.
- Participate in all departments that use radios, pagers as a form of communication.
- Maintain all office master forms, lists and tracking systems used for daily operations.
- Attend all staff meetings and in-services to stay informed and engaged.
- Answer general questions about activities, outings, staff locations, maintenance service, directions to the facility, etc.
- Follow written policy and procedure pertaining to resident rights and resident abuse procedures.
- Keep all information regarding residents and staff confidential.
