Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to play a crucial role in the production of high-quality screw machined parts and exquisite jewelry. In this temp-to-hire position, you will operate CNC machinery with precision, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC machining processes and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of machine programming is a plus.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM

Compensation: Starting at $19-$22 per hour, commensurate with experience
