We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Louisville, KY. This is a direct hire position offering a competitive salary, full benefits, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic staffing organization.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and professional positions
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
• Manage job postings, onboarding, and compliance documentation
• Support daily recruiting operations in a fast-paced staffing environment
• Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and client expectations

Qualifications

• Previous staffing or recruiting experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, day shift
• Direct hire with full benefits
• Pay range: $40,000 – $50,000 per year (based on experience)
