Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top technology talent across various domains. This hybrid role will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to support our continued growth in the U.S. market, particularly in Pittsburgh, PA and Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future needs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the HR and Talent teams to support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical/IT recruitment in the U.S. market.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminology (Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science, etc.).
• Proven experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience recruiting for roles in Pittsburgh, PA and/or Dallas, TX is a plus.
