Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for an Executive Recruiter. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top executive talent to meet SRS Distribution's growth needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs. Additionally, the Executive Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

• Develop recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment cycle

Qualifications

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies and managing the full recruitment cycle
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in recruiting for executive-level positions is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
