Use your talent to play a pivotal role in our commitment to exceptional “white glove” service. From crafting effective recruitment strategies to fostering client relationships, you'll be at the heart of our service-based culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for high-volume roles
• Manage workforce needs in real-time and help solve staffing gaps quickly
• Lead and conduct on-site new hire orientations often before 8:00 AM
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, HR, or recruiting
• Natural people-person who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Organized, reliable, and confident managing multiple priorities
• Availability to work in-office Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but comfortable working early mornings. You’ll often start before the rest of the world
