Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Washington DC- Baltimore Area

Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $28-$35/hr

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
