Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with department heads to analyze financial performance and optimize operational efficiency.
• Support external audits and maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within construction, services, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
