We offer flexible work with base rates and opportunities for increased pay with continued sessions with the same student.

Responsibilities

• Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform with no commuting required.
• Get matched with students suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring and on-demand tutoring when available.
• Invoice for your tutoring sessions; we handle payments.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in College Level American Literature and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Logistics

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects, with potential to earn up to $40/hour over time.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice for.
