Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a regional sales territory to achieve and exceed quota targets.
  • Lead the sales cycle from pipeline generation to close.
  • Negotiate and close business with new and existing customers.
  • Grow our presence with alliance and channel partners.
  • Attend marketing events, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey and strategy alignment.
  • Understand what matters most to security leaders and clearly show how our solution helps them reduce risk.
  • Provide market feedback to improve how we sell, message, and win deals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years selling SaaS solutions in the security space to enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity buyer, especially in Exposure Management (CTEM), SIEM, XDR, Posture Management (xSPM), or threat intelligence.
  • Strong storyteller who can tailor value narratives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in executing a formal sales process and familiarity with qualification frameworks and sales management tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed within the US and abroad.
