We are currently searching for a Receptionist/Office Assistant with 2-3 years of experience to work in our Naples, Florida office. Expected salary range to be commensurate with experience.

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree preferred

EXPECTATIONS

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe
  • Highly organized with a proactive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Eagerness to take initiative and learn new responsibilities
  • Interest in career development and longterm growth within the company

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Manage conference room scheduling and office calendar
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and common areas
  • Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels
  • Maintain office contact lists, directories, and company documents
  • Prepare and distribute memos, communications, and reports
  • Assist with coordination of building service management
  • Contribute to improving office processes and workflows
  • Exhibit eagerness to assume additional responsibilities to further career within the company
