Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Isla Viva is seeking a
detail-oriented, bilingual, and sharp Executive Assistant
to provide high-level administrative and personal support to our CEO.
You will play a key role in managing both professional and personal schedules, ensuring effective communication, and handling administrative priorities with discretion and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
Coordinate personal appointments, travel, and family-related scheduling as needed.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting notes.
Handle confidential legal and business information with the utmost professionalism.
Assist with occasional personal errands and administrative tasks that require organization and reliability.
Liaise between the CEO, other company executives, and internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
Support project coordination across the CEO’s various businesses (KPR, SPR, and Sábalos).
Create documents, reports, and presentations as requested.
Perform other executive support duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
– required.
2–3 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
Exceptional
organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
High level of
professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in
Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
Flexibility
to manage shifting priorities and schedules.
A
reliable method of commute.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
