We are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead the charge in transforming Mailchimp into an AI-powered, omnichannel marketing platform. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to solve the single largest challenge small and mid-market businesses (SMBs) face: getting customers to grow their business. Today's marketers face a complex landscape. Customers no longer follow a linear path; they engage across numerous online and offline touchpoints and expect a seamless, personalized experience. This role involves architecting the future of how millions of businesses connect with their customers, transforming marketing complexity into a powerful driver of growth and loyalty. If you are a product leader obsessed with leveraging deep martech expertise to solve real-world problems and deliver world-class, data-driven user experiences, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Architect the Vision: Develop and champion a clear strategy for an integrated omnichannel platform. Deliver easy and AI-powered "done-for-you" experiences that help customers orchestrate personalized marketing campaigns and optimize business outcomes.

Solve Core Customer Problems: Address strategic and tactical challenges—channel prioritization, marketing mix optimization, and operational hurdles of executing cohesive campaigns.

Drive Execution and Deliver Value: Oversee the product lifecycle to improve core marketing channels and expand into new ones, delivering AI-powered recommendations, automated workflows, and time-saving experiences.

Leverage Intuit's Data Advantage: Drive initiatives to connect marketing and financial data, enabling ROIs to be measured and growth decisions supported by integrated insights.

Champion a Unified Experience: Partner with the data platform team to ensure foundational capabilities are delivered for a world-class omnichannel product.

Lead and Inspire: Mentor a team of product managers and foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, data-informed decision-making, and accountability.

Collaborate to Win Across Intuit: Work with design, engineering, data science, GTM teams within Mailchimp and broader Intuit ecosystem (GBSG and QuickBooks) to deliver integrated solutions for key customer segments.

Qualifications

15-20+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years building marketing platforms, interfaces, or customer experiences at scale.

10+ years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers.

Track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drove customer engagement and business growth.

Deep understanding of the MarTech landscape, including platform ecosystems and omnichannel marketing best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to opportunities and growth.

Ability to connect strategic vision to end-to-end customer experience and product quality.

Leadership that elevates the product function through improved team performance and cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to operate through ambiguity with structure and clear direction.

Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities across diverse audiences.

Ability to influence across all levels of a global organization.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a bonus. Equivalent experience will be considered.
