Overview

Senior People Technology Product Manager at Gilead Sciences. Based in Foster City, CA. Reporting to the Associate Director of People Technology. Gilead HR is focused on process improvement and implementing technical solutions to enable efficient workflows. This role concentrates on delivering Advanced Compensation and Benefits Administration Center of Excellence support. Responsibilities

Serve as a consultative partner to HR Business Partners, COE and HR Shared Services in technology solution delivery and project implementation Collaborate with HR business functions to align business requirements, processes and integration design Drive continuous people, process and technology improvements Participate in Workday and other HR system implementations with a focus on Core, Recruiting and Learning; provide functional oversight, gather requirements, perform design and configuration, map and validate data conversion, create test plans, conduct testing, develop reports, and provide post-implementation support Provide support to HR technology operations; troubleshoot data and system issues, recommend solutions, and implement changes in line with company policy Develop and maintain HR technology training materials and conduct in-person or online training Participate in testing efforts for regular releases and updates Maintain compliance with GDPR, OFCCP, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls Maintain confidentiality and security of data accessed during daily activities Support additional special projects as assigned Basic Qualifications

BA or BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; OR MA or MS degree and 6+ years of relevant experience; OR PhD and 2+ years of relevant experience 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration for Recruiting and Core HCM and operational support Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience in HCM Core and Reporting is a plus Ability to consult with and present to HR leaders Detail oriented and analytical skills Strong team player and ability to work independently Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a global, fast-paced dynamic environment People Leader Accountabilities

Salary range: $146,540.00 - $189,640.00. Compensation considers experience, qualifications, and location. May include discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
