Vice President, Business Development – AI Drug Discovery (Boston, MA / Hybrid, US East Coast)
Role:
Lead business development for a cutting-edge AI-driven small molecule drug discovery company. Drive strategic partnerships for out-licensing and co-development deals with top pharmaceutical and biotech companies across North America and Europe. Build and execute portfolio strategy while supporting marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
Promote AI-based integrated drug discovery services through conferences, talks, and site visits. Identify, evaluate, and engage global pharmaceutical and biotech partners for collaborations or licensing. Lead deal structuring and closure of strategic partnerships. Collaborate on portfolio and product strategy using deep internal program knowledge. Support marketing strategy and development of technical materials. Qualifications
PhD in relevant life sciences (Cell/Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Medicinal/Chemistry, etc.) preferred. 5+ years of business development experience in small molecule drug discovery Proven track record in in-licensing/out-licensing or co-development of drug assets. Preferred experience in AI drug discovery Compensation:
Globally competitive base salary + bonus
