As a Front Desk Security Officer at a residential location, you will play a pivotal role in helping to create a welcoming and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, monitoring entry points, responding to inquiries, and assisting with various security-related matters. By maintaining a strong presence at the front desk and delivering exceptional customer service, you will help to deter potential incidents and provide peace of mind for the community. What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Greet residents, guests, and visitors at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner. Monitor access to the residential location by verifying identification and logging visitor information as required by site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures. Provide customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering assistance as needed to residents and visitors. Maintain accurate records and reports of security-related activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences. Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Communicate promptly and clearly with management, residents, and/or emergency personnel as needed regarding security-related matters. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Experience providing customer service is preferred. Ability to use a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
