Material Handler - Onsite (Memphis, TN)

Material Handler
to join our client's dynamic pharmaceutical distribution team in
Memphis, TN . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety in every order shipped.
Pay Rate:
$17.00-$18.00/hour(based on experience)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Memphis, TN
What You'll Do:
Accurately pack pharmaceutical orders, including temperature-sensitive (cold chain) medications
Move between climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas as needed
Lift, carry, and maneuver boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
Use manual pallet jacks and assist with palletizing shipments
Prepare orders for courier or freight pickup, ensuring correct labeling and documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures, including cold chain handling
Perform ad hoc warehouse or pharmacy support tasks as needed
Work overtime when required to meet shipping demands
What We're Looking For:
• Dependable team players with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to do some lifting of up to 40 lbs. and work in varied temperature conditions
• Willingness to follow safety and compliance guidelines
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or pharmacy packing experience is a plus
