Job Title: Assembler 1st Shift
Job Description
As an Assembler on the 1st shift, you will use hand and power tools to complete various customer orders. Safety is paramount, and a structured training program is provided. You will be responsible for building metal brackets, operating machines to unwind copper wire, and wrapping the wire around the brackets you build. We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual with experience using hand and power tools, including drills, wrenches, and tape measures.
Responsibilities
Use hand and power tools to complete customer orders.
Build metal brackets and operate machines to unwind copper wire.
Wrap copper wire around built brackets.
Ensure all tasks are performed following safety protocols.
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude.
High school diploma.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to perform basic math and read rulers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a lube tech or mechanic.
Familiarity with coil winding and blueprint reading.

Work Environment
The facility is very clean, well lit, and climate controlled. Employees are required to use safety glasses and wear steel-toed shoes. The 1st shift runs from 6 AM to 2 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
