Job Description:
We are seeking a PIC Data Analyst & PM Coordinator to blend analytical expertise with project management discipline. In this role, you will turn people data into actionable insights, coordinate key initiatives, and support HR, DEI, and ESG priorities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Insights
- Collect, clean, and analyze people data (headcount, DEI, engagement, turnover) to generate actionable insights for leadership.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports tracking KPIs and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and Sustainability teams for data alignment and reporting standards.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Support ESG and DEI reporting requirements with precise data and narrative insights.
Project Management & Coordination
- Track and coordinate progress of ongoing PIC initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
- Support planning, scheduling, and reporting for HR and ESG-related projects.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align resources and priorities.
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action item tracking for senior leadership.
Communication & Collaboration
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear storytelling.
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and visual summaries.
- Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, integrity, and innovation within PIC.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, HR reporting, or project coordination (preferably in HR, DEI, or ESG).
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience supporting PMO functions; familiarity with Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
