We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our market share in the

Santa Clara Market . Our product line includes replacement filter products (ASHRAE filters and HEPA/ULPA filters) sold mainly to hospitals, schools/universities, food and beverage producers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, micro-electronics manufacturers and commercial office buildings. The ideal candidate is a resilient self‑starter with persuasive verbal communication skills and a willingness to travel throughout the

Santa Clara Market . This is a business‑to‑business sales position targeting executive and director level decision makers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee sales in the Santa Clara Market and obtain orders from customers. Drive sales and margin growth through identification and implementation of strategic initiatives. Responsible for all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, sales calls, site surveys, preparing quotes and presentations, overcoming objections and securing orders. Use CRM system for input and tracking of all information relative to prospecting, appointments, opportunities, contacts, quotes, target accounts, and use of sales tools. Travel throughout the greater Santa Clara area. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management deems necessary. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Business‑to‑business sales experience preferred. HVAC background desirable. Engineering background a plus. The candidate’s skillset must include effective organization, time management, listening, attention to detail and the ability to work independently with strong computer skills. WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Employees must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
