Your role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll scale our GTM and G&A teams, own the full lifecycle of recruiting—sourcing, vetting, and hiring top talent—and build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers. You’ll be joining a high-caliber executive team and board with experience from Google, Salesforce, Cisco, and SAP, contributing to an AI-driven SaaS company with $300M+ ARR and 30%+ YoY growth. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, and can be based in our Austin, TX office. What you’ll do
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience for North America. Develop deep relationships with candidates, hiring managers, teams, and global stakeholders as a trusted talent advisor. Innovate sourcing techniques and build talent pipelines to recruit diverse, balanced teams. Provide a high-touch, warm, engaging recruitment journey for candidates and hiring managers. Source, screen, and assess talent leading to offers, negotiation, and closing. Partner with management and other global Talent Acquisition Partners to attract talent across global lines of business. Accelerate candidate engagement with consistent high-touch communication throughout the hiring process. Identify innovative sourcing techniques that yield strong results. Drive local events and programs to improve candidate engagement and local referral quality. Skills you will bring
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of recruiting experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and G&A for a high-growth technology company. Experience in a SaaS company and partnering with senior hiring managers and executives. Excellent verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy. Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability. Proven experience negotiating and closing complex compensation packages. Strong background recruiting for growing technology companies, especially in sales, is highly preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Self-starter with the ability to build strong, productive relationships. Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus. Dialpad is an equal-opportunity employer.
