What will you do:
Support and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff.
Start in pre‑litigation during the build‑up of cases and then move into litigation to fully understand how Thompson Law runs—with guaranteed bonuses.
Grow with a firm expanding nationally with opportunities for boundless professional advancement.
Qualifications:
4–6+ years of litigation experience, with at least 3+ years of personal injury‑related experience.
Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
Consistent and recent trial experience demonstrating 1st chair knowledge/examples in PI.
Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary; this role will require the hands‑on management of many cases.
Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others.
Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.
Preferred:
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Total Compensation Package:
