We’re looking for Audit Senior Associates with experience in Commercial Services industry verticals including but not limited to Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, and Manufacturing. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will lead engagements, deepen industry insight, and grow relationships. Your work includes:
Running client engagements from start to finish—including financial statement preparation, staff staffing, project scheduling, budgeting, and engagement planning.
Supervising, training, and mentoring staff and interns; assessing engagement reviews.
Maintaining outstanding client relationships to increase customer happiness and collaborating with client management and staff at all levels.
Working with your audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process; encouraging creativity to enhance client expertise.
Researching and analyzing financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software.
Engaging key client management to collect information, resolve audit‑related problems, and recommend business and process improvements.
Qualifications
2+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
Experience in external audit with clients across Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, and Manufacturing.
Strong organizational, social, technical, accounting, and auditing skills; ability to build positive relationships.
Experience with engagement management, reviews, and staff supervision.
Ability to multi‑task while planning, executing, and wrapping up concurrent engagements.
Proficiency in researching technical matters prior to manager review.
Meeting the education requirement for CPA certification in your home office state; a CPA license already held is preferred.
Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to client sites.
Compensation The wage range for this role is $63,500.00 – $142,000.00 per year. Compensation decisions are dependent on skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
