Nurse Manager-Endoscopy
for the Fremont Endoscopy Center.
Responsibilities The Nurse Manager-Endoscopy is responsible for all departmental functions in support of the center mission, vision, and facility goals. The Manager identifies the cost‑effective systems needed to support the business of the department, taking into account business trends, resource availability, and changes in customers. The position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors. The Manager identifies and remedies variances through continuous customer‑satisfaction data and employee involvement. The Nurse Manager-Endoscopy works with leadership in meeting facility goals and oversees all clinical aspects of Endoscopy procedures, including Pre‑op/PACU/PAT, endoscopic procedures, and assists where necessary.
Pay & Schedule Monday–Friday work schedule. No call required. No nights, weekends, or holiday work hours. Pay range: $128,856 – $161,075 annually, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
RN license and able to practice in Washington
Experience in pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op care
Two (2) years experience in nursing management
BLS & ACLS certification required
