Infosys is seeking a Test Analyst. As a Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Perform requirement analysis, define test strategy and test design; lead test execution to ensure quality outcomes. Validate functionality of existing systems and identify defects. Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure client objectives are met. Contribute to a learning culture and uphold company values. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 3 years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 2 years of Information Technology experience. Located within commuting distance of Infosys hub locations (Richardson, TX; Raleigh, NC; Indiana, IN; Phenix, AZ; Hartford, CT) or willing to relocate. Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role. At least 2 years of software testing experience. Good soft skills. Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in software in health care domain across modules, preferably Enrollment or Claims and Health Care systems – FACETS/QNXT/EDIFEC. Strong knowledge of UI, API/Microservices and DB tests. Experience with GitHub repositories. Experience implementing CI/CD-based integration of automated test scripts. Interface with client stakeholders and deliver quality assurance via automated tests, defect identification and retest, daily test status reporting. Creation and/or enhancement of test automation frameworks. Participation in project estimations, automation code reviews, and show & tell to customers. Knowledge/documentation management of artifacts per client guidelines and processes. Additional Skills
Knowledge of more than one automation scripting technology and automation tools. Analytical abilities, strong technical and communication skills. Awareness of latest technologies and trends. Good problem solving, analytical and debugging skills. The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Must be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
