Tiered Collections-Based Compensation Model: Scales with productivity and monthly collections, maximizing income potential with no cap. First-Year Income Guarantee: $33,333 / month or tiered collections—whichever is greater—during the first year, ensuring a confident financial start while referrals and credentialing are established. Student Loan Assistance: $2,000 / month in supplemental income during year one to help offset educational debt. Relocation Assistance: Flexible and negotiable depending on individual needs.
