Create a relaxed destination – Partner with the Store Manager to motivate, support, and communicate effectively to deliver an exceptional lifestyle experience for guests.
Set the course – Build strong sales and service relationships with guests, consistently role‑model key behaviors to create an optimal purchase experience.
Build the perfect oasis – Cultivate a selling culture by achieving sales plan through efficient planning, execution, analysis and streamlining of store processes with the Store Manager.
Onboard your crew – Create a learning environment to coach and develop Retail Team Members; promote sales and internal career growth with thoughtful hiring and clear performance expectations.
Essentials for Life in Paradise
Minimum 3+ years retail experience.
Minimum 2+ years management team supervision experience.
Experience with merchandising and retail visual concepts.
Coaching and developing a team.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
A natural collaborator able to analyze reports and identify opportunities for merchandising and presentation adjustments.
College degree in Business or related field.
Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
Essential Physical Requirements
Lift or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
Bending, stooping, kneeling frequently.
Climbing ladders occasionally.
Routine standing for the duration of the shift (up to 8 hours).
Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
