Job Overview We are looking for a Test Development Technical Lead to join our ISO technology team in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The role will lead test development for new products, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead development of isolated data transmission, isolated DC‑to‑DC converters, and isolated communication interfaces for RS485, RS232, USB, CAN, I2C, SPI and gigabit LVDS; design isolated gate drivers for IGBT and silicon carbide (SiC) as well as isolated ADCs and amplifiers.
Drive DFT definition and development to improve testability, quality and reduce cost.
Pre‑tapeout verification of test solutions via design simulation and verification environments.
Design innovative, reliable and efficient multi‑site test/probe solutions on high‑performance mixed‑signal ATE platforms.
Execute each test development phase, including silicon functionality, debug, sample solutions, ATE characterization, solution optimization and offshore production release.
Interface with global operations groups such as assembly, reliability, FA and probe card technology.
Provide project and personnel leadership, and drive measurement methodology improvements within the Test Development community.
Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
5+ years of test development experience in a test or measurement role.
Strong mentorship, supervision and communication skills.
Proven ATE program development skills (Teradyne/Eagle and/or NI‑STS platforms ideally).
Knowledge of mixed‑signal PCB design and associated CAD/simulation tools.
Experience designing test infrastructure for high‑performance mixed‑signal products.
Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and strong analytical problem‑solving ability.
Excellent time management and multi‑tasking skills.
Location & Travel Wilmington, Massachusetts, United States. Required travel: 10% of the time.
Compensation
Base salary range: $125,250 – $187,875.
Discretionary performance‑based bonus.
