Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field and/or 10+ years of experience in Injection Molding
Deep understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and a strong command of standard business software tools
Exceptional communicator and highly organized, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels
Background in plastics a must
Chemical manufacturing preferred, bringing added insight into material behavior and processing
Duties
Spearheaded the design and optimization of injection molding processes and automated workstations to maximize production efficiency and quality output
Collaborated closely with cross‑functional teams—including Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance—to diagnose and resolve mold performance issues and raw material inconsistencies
Led technical training for operators and supervisors, equipping teams with practical knowledge on mold setup, hot runner balancing, and troubleshooting techniques
Authored clear, detailed process documentation and work instructions, while conducting audits to ensure consistent adherence to established molding standards
Supported continuous improvement initiatives by driving root‑cause analysis, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and enhancing spare parts management systems
Pay Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr
