Senior Account Executive (Hybrid Seattle) Location: Hybrid (Seattle WA) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role

Vicarious is seeking a Senior Account Executive with big agency experience on behalf of one of our agency partners a fast-growing creatively driven firm based in Seattle. This person will act as the connective tissue between clients and internal teams ensuring campaigns are strategic seamless and impactful. The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship-builder and project quarterback: someone who can think strategically communicate clearly and keep creative momentum on track from kickoff to launch. What Youll Do

Serve as the day-to-day client lead managing relationships and ensuring flawless delivery across campaigns Collaborate with strategy creative and production teams to translate briefs into outstanding work Drive internal alignment and accountability across multiple workstreams Support campaign development timelines and budgets with precision and transparency Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and add strategic value Track campaign results and provide insights to inform future work Contribute to pitches proposals and presentations as needed What You Bring

47 years of experience in account management or client services within an agency or creative environment Proven success managing integrated campaigns across digital social and brand activations Exceptional communication organization and presentation skills Experience balancing multiple projects priorities and deadlines with calm professionalism Working knowledge of project management tools (Asana ClickUp Airtable etc.) Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary creative teams Nice to Have

Experience with influencer or content creator programs Understanding of media strategy or social-first marketing Familiarity with production processes and creative timelines You Are

Salary Range: $85000 $110000 per year (depending on experience) Schedule: Hybrid (23 days per week in Seattle) Employment Type: Full-time with potential for long-term placement Key Skills
