Great practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You operate the Doctors office as your private independent practice while providing high quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. Professional fee schedule is yours to decide and you keep the associated patient revenues for professional services that you deliver. Benefits and Practice Model
Ability to practice autonomously with no company-imposed restrictions, interference, or quotas Scope of practice predicated only on your professional direction Flexible practice arrangements and schedules, including part-time commitments Options to add to an existing practice schedule Furnished office and well-equipped exam lane(s) included in your rent agreement Online appointment book and patient recall system Easy entry into your own independent practice with minimal financial risk Brand onboarding support from first exam Affiliations

Pay Range: $65/hr - $75/hr. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
