Product Support Maintenance Engineer (Product Support Engineer)
Position Overview This role is within the Boeing Global Services Training (BGS) Engineering Capability team, providing product support engineering for Boeing products. The engineer works collaboratively with Boeing employees and contractors to fulfill the product support engineer contractual requirements.
Onsite Requirements 100% onsite at the Everett facility.
Position Responsibilities
Applies engineering technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to support product support engineering and analysis to ensure supportability, sustainability, reliability, maintainability, and operability of products and services throughout their lifecycle.
Develops product definition, design, and configuration.
Defines, evaluates, and maintains engineering supportability, operability, and maintainability requirements for products, systems, and programs.
Analyzes data to produce support, flight operation and maintenance equipment requirements; evaluates engineering changes based on customer requirements and proposes program changes; manages implementation of changes.
Plans, researches, develops, analyzes, and designs modification and repair solutions that comply with customer, regulatory, safety, and company requirements.
Establishes planning and design criteria to develop integrated support and maintenance infrastructure; supports continued airworthiness.
Provides engineering and technical assistance to customer products.
Coordinates and supports proposal development.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
24/7 on‑call support availability for emergent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) issues.
5+ years of experience in Design Engineering, Liaison Engineering, or Modification Engineering.
Current Delegated Design Engineer (DDE) certification.
Familiarity with BCA and/or BGS-Commercial engineering change and release process.
High working level knowledge of tools: PDM, ENOVIA/CATIA V5, REDARS, PSDS.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
Experience with spares configuration parts.
Experience supporting external customers and/or suppliers.
Experience coordinating with outside groups/stakeholders.
Experience in a small technical team.
High working level knowledge of tools: OneSAP, OneSAP CRM, CSDT, STEPS, MyBoeingFleet, IPC, CMM.
Experience supporting emergent requests by providing timely responses.
Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous requests.
Typical Education / Experience
Advanced technical education from an accredited engineering program; typically bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of related work experience.

Compensation Summary pay range: $115,600 – $156,400.
