General Security Officer – Securitas
Location: Worcester area, Westborough, Dudley, MA. Salary: $16.00 – $17.00/hr. Full-time. Overnight shifts Mon‑Fri.

Responsibilities
Surveillance: monitor cameras and patrol premises for suspicious activity.
Access Control: enforce access policies, verify ID, issue visitor passes.
Emergency Response: respond to alarms, medical emergencies, fire or criminal activity; report or dispatch law enforcement as needed.
Incident Reporting: document and report incidents accurately.
Patrolling: conduct foot or vehicle patrols of entrances, parking lots and perimeters.
Customer Service: greet visitors, answer inquiries, maintain a professional demeanor.
Safety Inspections: identify fire risks or safety hazards on premises.
Conflict Resolution: handle minor disputes and maintain a calm environment.
Collaboration: work with security staff, law enforcement and emergency responders.
Qualifications
Excellent observational and de‑escalation skills; remain calm under pressure.
Strong communicator; able to work with local and global security teams.
Committed to ethical practices and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and respectful approach.
Requirements
At least 18 years of age.
Reliable means of communication and transportation.
Legal right to work in the United States.
Ability to speak, read and write English.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
