Job Description The Treasury Manager will be a key contributor to the financial health and stability of the company by supporting the Treasurer with policies, procedures, and implementation of effective controls for all treasury functions, daily liquidity and cash management, T&E corporate card administration, risk management, and treasury accounting for the organization.

Job Summary The Treasury Manager’s core responsibilities include providing support to the Treasurer in establishing policies and procedures, implementing controls across treasury processes, managing daily cash flow and liquidity, overseeing the T&E corporate card program, mitigating foreign exchange and interest rate risks, and ensuring accurate treasury accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily cash flow and liquidity to meet operational and strategic obligations.

Develop and maintain short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts.

Manage treasury disbursements and cash concentration.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with cash‑management banks.

Negotiate banking arrangements and manage bank fees.

Administer bank accounts, including openings, closings, KYC, and signatory updates.

Identify and mitigate risks related to foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and monitor hedging strategies.

Supervise Letter of Credit production.

Manage corporate insurance coverage processes.

Prepare and review treasury reports on cash position, performance metrics, and key indicators.

Support treasury technology initiatives and process optimization.

Administer the corporate travel & expense card program.

Identify and implement Treasury‑related business process improvements.

Assist the Treasurer with post‑acquisition integration of banking and treasury functions.

Other duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor Treasury Analyst(s), fostering professional development.

Ensure team members receive effective training on systems and processes related to the Finance Department.

Provide guidance to the team and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required; preferred if focused).

Experience:

Five (5) or more years of treasury operations experience (required); strong understanding of banking systems, cash forecasting, and debt management; prior supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

CTP preferred.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (preferred).

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively at all levels and meet deadlines in a multi‑project environment.

Solid decision‑making skills.

Capacity to develop and maintain banking relationships.

Compensation Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 (based on experience and location).
