Senior Salesperson-Prime Brokerage Sales – Equity PB Apply for the Senior Salesperson-Prime Brokerage Sales – Equity PB role at Societe Generale.

Base pay range: $149,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

Develop new Equity Prime Brokerage business within the US Prime Services Platform Sales team.

Originate new relationships, new business activity with existing clients and ongoing relationship management.

Lead pitches and deliver highly complex solutions to a sophisticated client base, ensuring smooth delivery by partnering with support functions.

Analyze and assess prospective client requirements in terms of execution and clearing solutions, settlement and custody, financing, risk management and reporting.

Collaborate with SG’s product and support teams to provide constructive customer and market feedback to help drive new product development and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Train and supervise junior team members.

Introduce and refer potential clients to other SG business lines.

Closely follow regulatory changes and their implications in the investment industry.

Participate at industry events – hedge fund and related alternative investment conferences on an ad‑hoc basis.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, aiming to bring in portable relationships that generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7‑10 years of direct Prime Brokerage experience.

Cross‑asset product expertise: Equity (cash and synthetic), Futures, Fixed Income, FX, Cleared Swaps.

Direct experience in Equity Prime Brokerage is strongly preferred.

Good understanding of tactical trading strategies: Global Macro, CTA, Quant Equity, Fixed Income Relative Value, Volatility.

Strong understanding of arranged financing structures and margin optimization strategies.

Managed account structuring expertise.

Series 7, 3, and 63 licenses.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.

Advanced problem‑solving and analysis skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
