Responsibilities
Manage and mature the Controls Testing and Continuous Risk Assessment processes of the InfoSec department’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance program. Manage onshore and offshore individual contributors. Align security processes and controls with industry and regulatory frameworks including NIST Cyber Security Framework, PCI-DSS, HIPAA Security Rule, and SOX, and report progress to senior leadership. Prepare status reports for senior management on security metrics and other topics. Develop KPI and KRI to manage team performance and key risks that can impact organizational compliance and regulatory requirements. Occasional Travel for Strategic Meetings May be Required.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree / specialized training / relevant professional qualification 6+ years of information security experience, preferably in the realm of GRCs, risk assessment, and security consulting. Current CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA and / or other security certifications. 2+ years of experience of leadership experience in information security. Up to 10 years of supervisory / management experience preferred. Strong information security fundamentals, with a preference towards cloud security concepts. Exceptional analytical ability, communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with business partners, IT management and staff, vendors, and consultants. Exceptional leadership abilities to facilitate and encourage team collaboration and support career growth of security staff at various levels of experience and expertise.

Our Values – Click below to view video : The salary range is $157,900 to $ 205,300 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
