Senior Property Accountant, Dallas (90K-95K+Bonus)

We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Dallas. This role is with a prominent real estate company that offers a family friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.

This is a hybrid position and offers great work flexibility. The position pays 90K-95K plus bonus.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages

Accrual and cash journal entries

Review operating statements and variance reports

Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis.

Perform CAM reconciliations

Interact and communicate with property managers

Education and Experience

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Recent commercial, retail or multifamily accounting experience

Skills

Must be proficient in MS Excel

Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite
