The Opportunity As part of the CCM team you are expected to advise clients at every stage of a transaction, identifying and articulating key issues related to pricing and deal closing mechanics. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. Building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context are key focus areas, navigating complex situations to enhance your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities

Advise clients at every stage of a transaction.

Identify and articulate key issues related to pricing and deal closing mechanics.

Analyze intricate problems and develop solutions.

Mentor and guide junior team members.

Maintain elevated standards in every deliverable.

Build and sustain client relationships.

Develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Navigate complex situations to enhance personal brand and technical skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years

CPA, CFA, MBA or equivalent qualifications.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
