ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) . This full‑time, center‑based position works with autistic children under 6 years old in a neuro‑diversity affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach.

About the Role As a BCBA, you will develop and implement individualized intervention plans, supervise and train therapy staff, collaborate closely with families, and ensure the highest standard of care for each child.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify strengths and areas for growth.

Create and implement individualized intervention plans to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.

Provide evidence‑based parent training using a structured curriculum and receive ongoing supervision in an NDBI parent‑training approach.

Supervise a small team of 5–6 behavior technicians, offering weekly group and individual supervision meetings.

Use data collection software to track client progress and make data‑driven decisions.

Collaborate with families, colleagues, and supervisors to enhance intervention effectiveness.

Stay current with best practices for young children with autism.

Qualifications

BCBA certification (required).

Experience working with young autistic children under 6 years old.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with NDBI methods (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER) preferred.

Commitment to learning in a neuro‑diversity affirming environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year.

Performance‑based bonus up to $10,080 per year.
