Overview As a Manager, you will work closely with the National planning teams, vendors (Google, Bing, etc.), and our search activation partner, Synergize. You will apply critical and creative thinking beyond media solutions, translating expectations into deliverables and communicating those across the Consumer Communications (C2) Group and other agency departments.
Success For This Position Is Measured By The Following

Translates expectations into deliverables – strong comprehension and application of marketing objectives and solutions.
Demonstrates both the art and science of working with Search Marketing.
Works collaboratively with others.
Innovates in the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) space.
Responsibilities
Oversee execution of strategy, optimizations, and reporting for the Saatchi search team and Synergize.
Lead the creation of client presentations and client-facing presentations.
Develop and manage day‑to‑day strategies, media, and testing roadmaps.
Demonstrate flexibility across multiple projects, clients, and levels.
Show strong business acumen in partnership with other channels/teams.
Build relationships with media planning teams to align paid search plans with overarching campaign communication objectives.
Lead fiscal year planning, cross‑vendor collaborations, internal reviews, and client presentations.
Create a positive team culture and develop direct reports.
Serve as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day client interactions.
Prepare monthly client update presentations.
Add value beyond performance to client deliverables.
Evolve as a subject‑matter expert on search best practices, lead initiatives such as POVs and council work, and support new business pitches.
Maintain strong professional relationships with media vendors (Google, Bing, etc.).
Manage daily team workflow and prioritize tasks.
Monitor budgets and billing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
Proactively address process, workflow, resource, and communication issues.
Qualifications
College degree.
Minimum 6–7 years of dedicated paid search planning experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Automotive experience is desirable.
Critical and creative thinking skills to develop solutions that secure client goals.
Strong business writing and analytical thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
Ability to prioritize large volumes of work and provide timely feedback to the team.
Comfortable with ambiguity and changing direction.
Resourceful and proactive problem‑solving ability.
Working knowledge of media research tools (Google Trends, Adthena, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
Expert knowledge of Search Ads 360, Google AdWords, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Prisma, and SEMrush.
Experience with GA4 is a strong plus.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with reporting in the DoubleClick suite or comparable service.
Working comprehension of search media strategy development.
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
Commitment to lead by example, solve problems, and strive for excellence.
Judgment in making decisions and performing tasks.
