Investor Relations
to join its growing team. The firm manages capital on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth investors, with a disciplined, research-driven strategy focused on identifying asymmetric opportunities across biotechnology, medtech, and healthcare services. The team is committed to delivering superior, risk-adjusted returns while maintaining a high standard of transparency and integrity in investor communications.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s capital raising efforts, strengthening existing investor relationships, and ensuring clear, consistent communication between the investment team and external stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative environment with deep expertise in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors, providing timely updates on fund performance, strategy, and portfolio positioning.
Prepare and maintain investor-facing materials including pitch decks, quarterly letters, fact sheets, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
Coordinate investor reporting processes, including capital calls, distributions, and audit-related communications, in collaboration with fund administrators and internal teams.
Support fundraising initiatives by identifying and engaging prospective investors, coordinating roadshows, and managing data room materials.
Maintain the firm’s CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of investor interactions and records.
Conduct market and peer analysis to inform investor engagement and positioning strategies.
Qualifications
Experience in investor relations, capital raising, or client service—preferably within hedge funds, private equity, or broader asset management.
Strong familiarity with financial markets; experience or interest in healthcare investing is highly advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and professionally.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related discipline; CFA or CAIA designation is a plus but not required.
