Responsibilities Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables
Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams
Independently solve and analyze complex problems
Utilize PwC's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs
Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements
Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance
Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree
4 years of experience
CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000, plus eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
